1. I’ve never used a beard care product, why should I?

It’s never too late to maintain your beard with proper care. At King of Beards, you can expect to see no gimmicks – only premium beard care for the modern gentleman. Our beard care products nourish the beard and skin. Because you’ve chosen to go the way of the manly man, lack of shaving causes the skin underneath your beard to experience irritation from time to time.

Our products soften your facial hair, relieve the itchy feeling we all know and hate, and moisturizes the skin to promote healthier beard growth. All our products use only therapeutic grade essential oils, never any unnatural fragrances. Also, as with all our products, you can expect only the finest all natural vitamins, nutrients, and oils as the key ingredients utilized in the making of our beard care essentials.

2. Who carries the King of Beards Premium Beard Care line of products?

Navigate to the home page and you will see the ‘Product Locator’ tab. Click on it and you’ll be able to see where you can purchase our products locally. As always, if you happen to know of an individual or store/barbershop/salon that is interested in carrying the King of Beards Premium Beard Care line of products, have them contact us at info@iamkingofbeards.com

3. How often should I use my King of Beards beard care products?

At King of Beards, we pride ourselves in our transparency and while we encourage the daily use of our beard oil, however, we do suggest using the beard wash only 1-3 times a week to avoid the drying out of your facial hair and to keep your beard's essential oils intact. After all, you’re here because you want to take care of your prized possession – treat it right and it will treat you right!

4. What are your shipping methods?

U.S. Clients: To provide the most accurate shipping info, shipping costs are calculated at check out; order weight and package dimensions are taken into account. U.S. orders over $40 ship free. Our shipping rates are cheaper than the rates you’d get at the post office and we happily pass the savings onto you. In any case, please allow 3-6 business days for your package to arrive; although most arrive much sooner. If you still have not received your purchase after 10 days please contact us immediately with your order number and tracking number.

All our domestic orders are shipped with a tracking number. Upon purchasing any item sold by King of Beards, LLC the client understands and agrees that if USPS says it was delivered to the address provided by the client, King of Beards, LLC classifies the order as complete. If your order is misplaced or stolen King of Beards, LLC is NOT held responsible. If mail theft is a common issue at your delivery address, please contact us before you place your order and we will insure your package for a small fee.

Mail theft is a federal crime, please report any issues with mail theft to your local postmaster general. Call 1-800-ASK-USPS

International Clients: Your orders are also calculated with the same accuracy so you can trust that you’re getting the best possible rate. Please keep in mind that your country's Customs can hold up a package for a number of days which can cause delays. Be patient and give it at least 30 days.

King of Beards, LLC is NOT responsible for any Customs/Import fees. Please note that these fees are NOT included in your order. You, the client, are responsible for paying these fees, customs, duties. We will always declare full value on a package and disclose package contents as required by law.  If your order is refused in your country, then you, the client, are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

King of Beards, LLC is NOT held liable for packages that are lost outside of the U.S. USPS tracking is only updated if the receiving country sends that info to USPS.

Please note, we only collect payment in United States Dollars (USD).  Any conversion rates are not in our control.

5. How quickly do you ship my order after I remit payment?

Most of our orders are processed, packed, and shipped within 1-3 business days. You will be provided a tracking number for your order so you can keep an eye on its journey to your shipping address. We incorporate the world-famous 'Miami Grind' work ethic in our daily operations and our clients will experience this in our customer service and work product.

6. My beard oil bottle arrived damaged, what can I do?

Please contact us by email at info@iamkingofbeards.com with your order number and a description of the issue/pictures highlighting the issue and we will send you a new bottle of premium blend beard oil at no cost to you!
